Abstract

The purpose of this research was to organize teaching and learning activities to enhance learning skills in the 21st century. The samples were undergraduate students. Nakhon Si Thammarat Rajabhat University That enrolled in modern management courses In the first semester of the academic year 2019, consisting of 4 study groups, totaling 185 people by multi-step sample selection Collect data and analyze data both qualitatively and quantitatively.

            The results of the study revealed that 1. The organization of teaching and learning activities that enhance learning skills in the 21st century consists of 6 issues which are (1.1) instructor characteristics (1.2) preparation for learners (1.3) teaching Less Learn More (1.4) Training Accountability (1.5) Media and Innovation in Teaching and Learning Management (1.6) Evaluation and Reflecting Positive Results 2. Results from Qualitative Data Found that after organizing teaching and learning activities to enhance learning skills in the 21st century, learners have all of these skills Consistent with the quantitative data, it was found that (2.1) learners had different learning skills in the 21st century before and after the statistical significance at the .001 level, both overall and sub-section. (2.2) learners With learning achievement to enhance learning skills in the 21st century after school was not significantly different at the level of .05 (2.3). Students have an overall "agree" attitude with However this teaching to enhance learning skills in the 21st century.
